Times: 6-7:30pm
Location: Liberty Stadium

Areas of Instruction:
- Sprints: form, explosion, turnover, endurance speed
- Jumps: high jump, long jump, triple jump technique
- Hurdles: technique
- Pole Vault: technique
- Throws: shot and discus training

Frequently Asked Questions:
- Who can attend the camp? Anyone that is entering 3rd-9th grade for the following school year
- My Son/Daughter is going to be at a different Olentangy School, can he still come to camp? Yes, the camp is open to all athletes interested in Track– regardless of which school they will be attending.
- Does my Son/Daughter need to bring anything special? They just need to have tennis shoes, shorts and a t-shirt, and a water bottle.
Camp Director: James Dingus
Coach Dingus has been the Head Girls Track Coach since 2010. Coach Dingus has received certification in both Sprints, Relays and Hurdles and the Jumps through USTFCCCA. Coach Dingus also was a recipient of the OHSAA Sportsmanship, Ethic, and Integrity Award for Girls Track. Coach Dingus is a math teacher at Liberty and coaches’ freshmen football.
